For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Accounting and Internal Control.

This role will focus on ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with federal regulations, and effective management of government contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate accounting, with a strong background in government contracting/subcontracting, internal and external audit, and business compliance.

Initially, this role will be an individual contributor with the opportunity to build a team over the next two years.

The role will report directly to the Director of Finance for Schneider Electric Federal Inc.

Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial statements, reports, and records in compliance with GAAP and federal regulations.


* Ensure compliance with all government contracting requirements, including cost accounting standards (CAS) and federal acquisition regulations (FAR).


* Coordinate and lead external and internal audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.


* Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
