* Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy/Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
* Problem solving and troubleshooting skills for supporting all aspects of the engineering infrastructure.
* Ability to work and interact effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team atmosphere.
* Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong written and oral skills suitable for clear, concise, and thorough presentations.
* Possess a high level of organizational and prioritization skills.
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
SAP experience a plus.
* 3-5 years engineering experience preferred
This position will be responsible for the design, development and operation of processes and equipment used in the production of titanium metals.
A broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures will be applied to the research process to develop and improve titanium metals and alloys.
