Machine Operator Opportunities
Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour and up (based on experience)
Shift: 2.2.3 (12-hour shift night available)

Compensation & Incentives:



* Base pay starts at $19.50/hour, with shift differentials for night shifts:



* Earn an extra $1 per hour for night shifts.

Bonuses:


* Yearly attendance bonus


* Yearly anniversary bonus

401(k): Automatic enrollment with full details provided at orientation.

Paid Time Off:


* 11 paid holidays per year


* 112 vacation hours annually, accruing at 4.31 hours per bi-weekly pay period (plus 40 bonus vacation hours for night shift employees)


* 24 hours of sick time annually (prorated in the year of hire)


* 1 paid wellness day off annually

What You'll Do

As a machine operator, you'll play a critical role in crafting quality products that set the table for countless gatherings.

Positions include operators for various machines that produce, package, and finish paper products.

Responsibilities may include:


* Machine Operation: Setting up, adjusting, and running machines to meet production standards.


* Material Handling: Loading materials like rolls and plates onto machines.


* Quality Control: Monitoring product quality and ensuring accuracy.


* Maintenance: Performing basic equipment care and reporting issues to maintenance staff.


* Safety Practices: Following all safety protocols and ensuring equipment guards are in place.


* Cleanliness: Keeping work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe environment.

What is a 2.2.3 Schedule?

Our 2.2.3 schedule provides stability and work-life balance:


* Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern:



* Week 1: Work Monday, Tuesday, off Wednesday, Thursday, work Friday, Saturday, Sunday.


* Week 2: Off Monday, Tuesday, work Wednesday, Thursday, off Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

This means you'll work just 14 days per month and enjoy built-in long weekends every other week!

What We're Looking For
