* Requires the minimum of a BS Degree with emphasis in quality, engineering or drafting fields or equivalent experience.


* Three (3) or more years of quality assurance and/or engineering/drafting experience in a similar manufacturing environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/EQUIPMENT USED: Good manual dexterity to operate computer equipment.

Equipment used includes personal computer, printer, plotter and scanner.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Basic computer operation (including Microsoft office products, AutoCAD), effective oral and written communications, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Processes, program management.
