What You Will Do

The Deliver & Transportation Coordinator (3PL) is responsible for coordinating operations related to the warehousing and transportation of our goods, partnering with the Regional Planning and Transport teams to optimize the inbound and outbound flows.

Key Responsibilities


* Delivering a performance that meets or exceeds customer and business needs, within a defined budget and in compliance with all quality and regulatory guidelines


* Resolving customer complaints in an efficient and timely manner


* Managing and following-up on non-conformities related to incoming flows, in collaboration with our Quality team.


* Reviewing the activities on a frequent basis, and suggests process changes to drive continuous improvements.


* Coordinating the realization of the punctual requests of "Rework & Copacking" with our warehouse and the support and our Quality team

Additional responsibilities:


* Tactical execution of inventory control and inventory accuracy tracking activities.


* Management and coordination of our documentation: import and/or export


* Drafting and reviewing our internal procedures

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications


* At least 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics or industrial engineering


* Collaborative approach - you enjoy working in a team


* You like to be in the heart of the action and have a taste for challenge


* You are rigorous and autonomous


* You enjoy performing data analysis


* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


* Fluent written and oral English and French communication skills are required.


* Excellent use of Microft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, etc.)


* Work experience using SAP is preferred


* IATA accreditation would be a plus
