THE OPPORTUNITY

J&J MedTech's Orthopedics business are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our Joints Reconstruction Team in Hervey Bay and Bundaberg, Queensland.

As a key player in our organization, you'll build trusted partnerships with HCP's, endorsing the value and benefits of our product range.

Whether you have experience in a similar role within medical devices, a nursing background, exercise physiology, athletics, pharmaceutical sales or you have an engineering background, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact and shape the territory's future.

RESPONSIBILITIES



* Provide support to the sales team and our clinical customers with highly technical data and product expertise.


* Assist and guide theatre staff including surgeons and nursing staff in the correct and safe use of Orthopedic Joints Products.


* Provide training & education to health care professionals.


* Assist with the logistical requirements of the business.


* Build and develop strong relationships with customers, external and internal.


* Champion the team, the culture, and the brand.

ABOUT YOU



* Tertiary qualification in a health-related field with knowledge of the anatomy and physiology.


* Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills.


* Aptitude for understanding technical devices and technology.


* Comfortable working in a team environment, but also be extremely self-motivated when working alone.


* Ability to perform under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
