B2C Digital Marketing Manager

We seek a talented and result-oriented B2C Digital Marketing Manager to join the Customer Digital Strategy team and work cross-functionally with our business units.

In this role, you will develop, manage, execute, and analyze all B2C digital activities across various platforms.

You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement, supporting Johnson & Johnson's overall marketing effort and maximizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build our internal ability to drive consumer digital engagement (hands-on on all aspects of planning to execution and measurement) while managing external Digital vendors on outstanding projects

• Work collaboratively with brand teams to map strategic needs and develop tailored B2C online marketing programs and strategies customized to each therapeutic area (TA)

• Implement and manage all B2C initiatives:

- Design and implement online marketing strategies across all digital platforms

- Manage the company's social media platform and web advertising

• Set KPIs for each activity/campaign, track progress and results and implement learnings

• Utilize analytics tools to collect and interpret all data related to digital activities including social media engagement, audience behavior, and activity performance

• Analyze, and provide detailed reports to all stakeholders on KPIs to measure and assess campaign effectiveness

• Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future activities/campaigns/websites

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Johnson & Johnson EMEA team and participate in relevant EMEA forums providing updates, sharing best practices, and reporting back to the local team

• Monitor industry B2C activities, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement

• Present findings and reports to stakeholders and recommend strategies to enhance brand presence online

#LI-LM5• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, excellent project-management skills, and advanced knowledge of social media trends

• Proven experience in managing and executing online campaigns like social media/Google ads/display

• Proven experience in developing and implementing online community advocacy strategies

• Previous work as a digital marketing manager with hands-on experience

• Proficiency in Google Analytics tools, and Social Media Analytics tools

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

• Excellent English spoken and written
