Your Role: Roadway Engineer

As a Roadway Engineer, you will:


* Lead Exciting Projects: Take charge of developing design plans, concept reports, variances and exceptions, cost estimates, and final bid packages.


* Be Responsible for the Entire Project: Lead the development of plans, profiles, typical sections, cross sections, drainage design, erosion control and quantities.


* Drive Innovation: Manage the design of specific roadway tasks and contribute to innovative solutions.


* Foster Team Spirit: Help create and nurture a collaborative and supportive team environment.


* Work with GDOT: Gain valuable experience on traditional design-bid-build and design-build highway projects.

What We're Looking For:


* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.


* Experience: 5+ years of experience in roadway/transportation projects.


* Professional Credentials: Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.


* Technical Skills: Proficiency with Bentley OpenRoads and experience with GDOT on roadway projects.


* Bonus Skills: Experience with drainage design, MS4 design, and AutoTURN is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:


* Competitive Salary: Earn between $89,900 and $129,793, depending on your education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
