About the Role

Under the general direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales and Marketing Support role is responsible for providing essential coordination and administrative support across the Sales and Marketing Department.

Your main goal is to assist in achieving revenue and profit targets through effective execution of marketing and brand initiatives, as well as supporting both B2C and B2B sales strategies.

You will play a key role in streamlining department operations, ensuring smooth communication, and assisting in the implementation of strategies designed to enhance the resort’s visibility and market presence.

Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional appearance by adhering to hotel guidelines for presentation, grooming, and punctuality.

You will work to foster positive relationships within the Sales and Marketing team and across other departments, while also managing the departmental calendar and ensuring smooth communication regarding team movements and visitor coordination.

You will assist the Director of Sales and the broader team by supporting weekly briefings, report submissions, and general administrative tasks.

Your duties will also include handling various marketing materials, assisting in the execution of promotional activities, and coordinating site inspections and special events for VIP guests.

In addition to supporting day-to-day sales and marketing activities, you will help track client inquiries, assist in creating and maintaining content for the resort’s marketing platforms, and contribute to ensuring all promotional materials align with brand standards.

As part of your role, you will also stay informed about hotel activities, monitor competitor campaigns, and ensure the team is updated with key business information.

Your responsibilities extend to supporting financial tasks, such as processing requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices, while also aiding in the preparation of proposals and contracts.

Finally, you will maintain a focus on health and safety standards, promoting a safe and compliant work environment while contributing to the department’s overall goals.
