Marketing Business Analytics - Senior Associate

Join the Commercial Bank in a Business Analytics Senior Associate role to support the Global Services function!

As a Business Analytics Senior Associate within the Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for managing strategy and operational insights for the Commercial Bank's Global Services function.

This high-visibility role involves direct interaction and partnership with various senior stakeholders.

You will gain knowledge of core business processes and develop the necessary people, process, and technology components to support a top-tier program.

Additionally, you will lead the development of C-suite/Executive presentations and targeted analytics to provide insights into the health of the business.

Job responsibilities


* Define, monitor, and report key managements metrics around the health of a global operations program


* Manage a complex analytics book of work, leveraging rigorous project management discipline


* Partner with senior leaders in advancing business analytics agenda to deliver in areas around operational efficiency, cost modeling, capacity planning, quality enhancements, etc.


* Define, design, and manage high priority strategic initiatives with senior level visibility in areas above


* Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements


* Develop strong partnerships with tech, application owners and data management teams to align on a roadmap for continual improvement e.g.

advanced analytics, cloud adoption etc.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities


* 5+ years of total experience within Analytics, MIS, Marketing and/or Management Consulting roles


* Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills


* Knowledge and experience with various analytical and business intelligence tools


* Hands-on experience in the use of data to solve complex business problems, leveraging toolsets such as: Qlik Sense, Tableau, Python, R, SQL


* Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field

* Financial services experience


* Experience in Big Data/ Cloud platforms and technologies (AWS, Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark, etc.)


* Advanced education
