Nutra Blend Sales Representative

This position is eligible to work remote/virtual.

Nutra Blend LLC is an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredients, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.

Position Purpose: Identify, develop, and maintain a network of accounts, influencers, and decision makers within the territory in a manner that will maximize sales growth and profitability.



* This position is the key contact between the customer base and Nutra Blend and is responsible for assuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust.


* Direct sales and activities with all customers, prospects, and key decision makers within the territory.


* Proactively differentiate Nutra Blend in the market from competitors (HACCP, Lot Tracking, Online Ordering, NBCRP, Designated Delivery, CR Department).


* Maintain positive working relationships with Nutra Blend Customer Service personnel and communicate opportunities, complaints, and market conditions to the team.


* Monitor competitive pricing and market activities within the territory and communicate regularly back to the Nutra Blend pricing group and Regional Manager.


* Develop and nurture relationships with Nutra Blend vendors including periodic meetings, occasional joint customer calls, and sharing market intelligence.


* Promote cooperation among Nutra Blend accounts within the territory to increase customer identification with the Nutra Blend brand.

Requirements:


* Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience


* 5 or more years of experience in a sales and/or management role within the animal agriculture industry.


* Able to travel extensively; develop and maintain sales and market share within an assigned territory.


* Self-motivated and results oriented with the ability to develop business independently while employing the resources provided by the company.


* Excellent communication skills.


* Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Salary range: $92,120-$136,680
