Position Summary

Under moderate supervision, performs basic maintenance activities and furniture installations according to safety rules.

Duties and Responsibilities



* Performs basic maintenance activities, including repairing drywall and plastered walls, installing gypsum board and preparing surfaces.


* Performs basic plumbing maintenance, including opening clogged drains, changing and/or installing toilet fixtures, repairing flush valves and faucets and installing or repairing thread-type and copper pipe.
