Your Job

As an O&M Contract Transition Manager at DEPCOM Power, Inc., you will be instrumental in ensuring success of our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreements for utility scale battery storage and solar services.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the preparation, readiness and ultimately promote a seamless transition for new and expiring O&M business.

Your experience with utility scale renewable construction projects coupled with field experience in Operations and Maintenance services, will be critical to your success in this role.

What You Will Do


* Maintain extensive knowledge and familiarity of newly executed and near-term expiring O&M contracts to ensure readiness and contract compliance through partnerships with the commercial and field execution teams.


* Lead the transition and mobilization of newly executed O&M business, ensuring all aspects of startup are addressed, including staffing, resource allocation, and process implementation.


* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially the project and operations and maintenance teams as well as supply chain, accounting & finance, safety & health, among others and maintain a routine presence on project sites.


* Represent O&M during the project phase and ensure critical milestones impacting the operational and maintenance aspects of projects are met in a timely and efficient manner.


* Develop and refine processes to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring timely and effective mobilization and compliance.


* Oversee the end-to-end transition of contracts at their conclusion, implementing strategies to maximize resource utilization and maintain service continuity.


* Act as the primary point of contact between asset owners, field teams and corporate support team, facilitating clear communication and coordination during the construction phase of the project.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Direct experience with solar and/or battery storage operations and maintenance.


* Familiarity and exposure with utility scale solar and/or battery storage EPC execution


* Strong ability to interpret and manage complex contractual agreements and obligations.


* Excellent project management skills, with a focus on process improvements.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
