Position Details:

Job Duties:


* Develop, implement, and monitor the facility's Infection Prevention & Control Program to ensure compliance with state, federal, and CDC guidelines.


* Educate staff, residents, and families on infection prevention practices.


* Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate infection risks.


* Collaborate with leadership to develop policies, training, and reporting systems for infection control.


* Investigate, report, and follow up on infection outbreaks and implement corrective actions.


* Monitor trends, track infection data, and implement improvement plans to maintain resident and staff safety.

What We're Looking For:


* Current LVN or RN licensure in the state of California.


* Previous experience or certification in Infection Prevention and Control is preferred.


* Strong knowledge of infection prevention standards and regulatory requirements.


* Excellent organizational and communication skills.


* Ability to lead, educate, and inspire staff to maintain a culture of safety and compliance.
