We are seeking a motivated and skilled PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care for residents in a long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

This role also includes collaboration with the care team, supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), and participation in caregiver education and discharge planning.
