Project Leader

Schneider Electric esta buscando un Project Leader en Tijuana.

This position will assist the organization with all commercial contract aspects during project tender & execution.

Review, interpret and administer contracts for the Solutions Business.

Assess, interpret, document and oversee the compliance of the contractual obligations.

This position will manage the preparation of invoices, claim management, insurance and tax issues, track bonds and guarantees.

Assist with project controlling and various other project reports.

* Ensure the profitability of investments adapted to the needs of optimization and development process


* Propose the organization to implement new project


* Guide the choice of designers by providing industrial and logistical requirements


* Review, interpret and administer contracts for the Solutions Business.

Assess, interpret, document and oversee the compliance of the contractual obligations for the Solutions Programs.


* Participate as a member of the contract negotiation team, assuming responsibility for explaining offer positions and matters of a business nature related to the proposed contract.


* Assist with monitoring contracts for engineering / procurement / construction / government projects.


* Collaborate with appropriate Procurement personnel on project subcontract matters.

Monitor risk and identify new commercial risk.


* Reviews, interprets & ensures compliance on government contracts.

Prepare monthly contract status/progress reports for in-house use.


* Participates in systems implementations and process improvement projects.

This may involve cross-functional teams, change management, process mapping, standard operating procedures and performance metrics.


* Provides responsible advice and counsel on a wide range of contractual and business issues.

Acts as advisor to Solutions Team and Program management.
