Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Downstream - Biomaterials to join our Spine Global Growth Marketing (GGM) Department located in Raynham, MA.

Reporting to the Sr.

Director GGM Downstream, the role of the Senior Marketing Manager, Downstream - Spine Biomaterials is to lead the commercial execution of the spine business' global strategy pertaining to Biomaterials across all spinal pathologies.

This individual will lead a team and partner with key partners and stakeholders to develop strategy and lead downstream marketing efforts to drive overall commercial success for the spine biomaterials portfolio in both the US and globally.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage commercial strategies for the biomaterials portfolio to achieve business plans: portfolio under management includes LifeNet Health products, MTF products, JJMT Bio products, allograft spacers and VBA.

• Lead and develop the Spine Biomaterials Downstream Global Growth Marketing team

• Critical leadership liaison for spine GGM with key tissue partners

• Partner with upstream marketing, R&D, sales, supply chain, professional education, regional partners and others to develop and lead commercial strategies, portfolio management and launch excellence for Biomaterials across the globe.

(Primary focus in US)

• Develop sustainable relationships with Worldwide KOL's, Sales, Marketing, and Regional leadership

• Lead surgeon and FSO engagement strategy through the lens of society, study group, research and professional education partnership

• Gather feedback from global FSO's and regional business partners to thoroughly assess complex spine market and provide feedback to upstream marketing, R&D, business development and others to inform our spine strategy

• Partner with commercial leaders to develop and drive growth strategies at the surgeon, account, healthcare system, GPO/IDN, etc.

• Critically examine market dynamics to support strategic and tactical marketing plans through robust customer interaction

• Incorporate DE&I efforts (e.g.

Women in Spine) into commercial efforts


* A minimum of a BS/BA degree is required.

MBA or other advanced degree preferred.


* Candidate must have 10 years total progressive business experience in any of the following areas: Marketing, R&D, Medical Device Sales.


* A minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience or medical device experience is preferred
