Role Description
Senior People Leader: Manages a unit, department, function, or Group that includes multiple teams led by other people leaders Owns the execution of medium to long-term (2+ years) strategy and operational direction Faces complex problems that require extensive investigation and analysis Requires ability to influence at all levels across the Bank Strategic (50% to 70%) – “big picture” perspective, more time spent on the “what” vs.
