Job Summary:
To serve as the primary point of contact with internal and external customers in relation to contract administration and management, business support, and customer on-boarding within the Financial Business Support team.
Understand the contract terms and customer needs to ensure successful
on-boarding.
Responsible for resolving customer billing inquiries and disputes, generating reports, and conducting specialized research projects for internal and external customers.
Optimizes departmental performance through accuracy, timeliness, and communication to best serve our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor, resolve, and respond to internal and external inquiries and disputes related to contracts and invoices.
Perform contract research and invoice-related analysis.
• Provide customer support throughout the onboarding process, including completion of vendor setup forms
• Use Jira ticketing system to log invoice disputes and help drive internal resolution.
Resolve issues and disputes within stated timelines.
• Analyze and coordinate required resolution of contract cancellations, maintenance audits, and CPI notification.
• Complete requests in an efficient manner to ensure timely billing to customers and contribute to timely revenue recognition.
• Build trust and credibility with internal and external ACI customers in numerous geographical locations.
• Effectively manage invoice and customer dispute resolutions.
Distribute customer invoices via email, post, and electronic portals.
• Collect and manage Purchase Order numbers from customers to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with various components and processes of the contract-to-cash cycle.
• Ability to articulate and professionally address customer needs.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of related customer service experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:
• Salesforce, Oracle, and Jira experience helpful
• Microsoft Office experience necessary
