Harris serves multiple healthcare verticals, spanning the entire patient journey within a hospital, long-term care, specialty practices, remote care, and the entire back office.
The Senior Vice President within our Ambulatory Group will be reporting to the Executive Vice President and have overall responsibility for all functional areas of the businesses within their portfolio.
They will work directly with the existing leaders of the departments to build an organization that delivers financial results, long-term organic growth, and people development.
What your impact will be:
* Responsible for overall profitability of the business
* Create and execute a strategic plan to deliver on-going organic revenue growth in the market
* Own and manage P&L
* Maintain a 12-month rolling forecasting of revenues and expenses for the business
* Provide detailed, annual briefings about the business’s results and plans
* Drive organizational customer success, product adoption and product profitability.
* Supervise the department leaders and provide them with coaching and advice
* Act as a mentor to direct reports and high potential employees to ensure continued talent development within the organization
* Work with the division management team to establish long-term strategies for all product lines
* Manage partner relationships
* Act as an escalation point for customers
What we are looking for:
* Experience in the vertical market software industry
* Experience managing a holistic P&L with ownership of all functional areas
* Experience managing multi-functional group across different countries
* Travel is a required or necessary based on business needs
* Drive to experiment with new ideas and to learn from those experiences

* Proven track record building and motivating high performance teams.
* History of looking at markets/customers from the end user perspective, creating customer success and new revenue opportunities.
* Ability to find the data beyond the high level KPIs, metrics and financials that can help optimize the business.
* A team player, with a history of working across departments, products and business units to move organizations forward.
