SailPoint Developer (Remote)

Description & Requirements

Maximus is hiring a SailPoint Sr Analyst/Developer.

The Senior Analyst of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Software Developer will assist the IAM Management in implementing and maintaining Maximus's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Account Management (PAM) programs, including development activities, identity enforcement, and access governance.

This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of all layers of the SailPoint IdentityIQ, Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud, and Cyberark Privilege Cloud applications in addition to secondary support of additional IAM applications and tools.

The IAM Software Developer will directly contribute to the overall enterprise IGA and PAM architectures and the delivery of the security vision and strategy within the broader scope of the IAM program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide design and implementation expertise to a cross-functional software development team.

- Design and develop software applications from business requirements in collaboration with other team members.

- Support testing and remediate defects.

- May mentor entry and mid-level developers.

Project Responsibilities:



* Implement, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ tenants


* Familiarity with Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud and Cyberark Privilege Cloud tenants.


* Provide subject matter expertise on Identity Governance and Administration and Privileged Access Management protocols and best-practices.


* Prioritize and execute elements of the program based on risk and business objectives


* Control, monitor, and audit privileged access to systems and applications


* Coordinate the design, creation, and implementation of security roles, profiles, and entitlements


* Perform access reviews and compliance audits


* Develop and document IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines


* Create and conduct training for staff on the use of IGA related tools and processes


* Participate in other information security projects and operational duties


* Perform other duties as necessary and assigned

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5-7 years of related experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Project Requirements



* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience


* Minimum of 5-7 years of security or technology related experience, with at least 3 years in identity management.


* Minimum of 5 years developer experience including 2 years of SailPoint IIQ development experience.

An additional familiarity of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud a plus.
