Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
This position requires strong organizational skills, an understanding of various recruitment tools, and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
* Utilize social media management strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
* Conduct cold calling to engage with prospective candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.
* Assist in talent acquisition efforts by identifying suitable candidates for various roles within the organization.
* Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and facilitating their career development.
* Handle contract negotiations and onboarding processes for new hires.
* Participate in executive recruiting efforts for senior-level positions as needed.
* Utilize tools such as Taleo and Kronos for efficient management of staffing processes.
Skills
* Proficient in social media management to leverage platforms for recruitment purposes.
* Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage potential candidates effectively.
* Experience in recruiting across various levels, including executive recruiting.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly Taleo.
* Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and succession planning strategies.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
