* Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field, from an accredited institution.


* A minimum of 2-3 years experience in metallurgy.


* Experience with Aerospace forging using titanium and/or nickel based super alloys and strong working knowledge of Quality systems and specifications is preferred.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.

Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.

Ability to make effective presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Ability to speak Spanish a plus.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
