The Opportunity


* Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.


* ED/UCC experience strongly preferred.


* New grads with strong emergency or paramedic/EMT experience will be considered.


* Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, and PALS are required.


* Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.


* Spanish-speaking is a plus.


* Current CA state license is a plus.

Natividad Medical Center - Salinas, California


* Level II Trauma Center and County Hospital.


* 120-bed facility with 18-bed Emergency Department.


* Annual volume of 60,000 with a 9% admit rate.


* Patient mix is 60% Spanish-speaking and 25% peds.


* Full call panel, excellent nurses, and Vituity scribe support available.
