RFP Analyst
Schneider Electric and the Sustainability Business is seeking an RFP Analyst in Louisville, KY.
This individual will report to the Pricing and Tendering Team Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Revenue teams, both Sales and Client Management, in developing and editing proposals, responding to request for proposals (RFPs), and providing advice and support to the teams.
Additionally, this individual will assist Client Development and Client Management teams with research, keeping relevant customer data and statistics current and supporting the overall efforts to sell to prospective clients.
What will you do?
* Prepare draft responses for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for North America Client Development and Client Management teams that may include web enabled responses, Excel workbooks, written responses, supporting content, etc.
* Prepare drafts and edits for proposal / solutions documents for Client Development and Client Management teams to review and work to completion.
* Maintain and update an electronic "library" of complete, approved proposal and RFI/RFP responses
* Collaborate with Solutions Architects to ensure accurate responses for client requirements pertaining to deliverables, timelines, team bios, etc.
* Leverage marketing materials to improve and enhance RFP & proposal responses.
* Ensure that client data (including customers used as references, company logos, site counts, energy spend/usage and industry segment information) is accurate and available
* Provide input and recommendations on potential improvements and revisions to the overall support of sales activities
* Maintain expertise across all domains including: Supply, Sustainability, Efficiency and CleanTech Sales Customer Management database oversight and management (BFO Champion)

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* Bachelor's Degree
* 1-3 years experience in a corporate work environment
* Excellent computer experience and skills in Microsoft Office Products (specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point)
* Prior experience utilizing various databases for research and gathering appropriate information
Non-essential skills and qualifications:
* Grant-writing and/or professional proposal writing experience is a plus
* Energy experience a plus
* Advanced computer proficiency
* Understanding of Schneider Energy and Sustainability Services (ESS) business
