Clinical Nurse Educator

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to join our dynamic, growing team.
As a CNE, you are instrumental in developing high quality clinical education programs and providing comprehensive training that empowers our clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.Hiring range is between $85,470-$105,940 per year and placement in the range is dependent on evaluation of experience.

Schedule is Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop, implement and teach high-quality education programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our clinical staff.


* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess learning needs and develop targeted educational initiatives.


* Utilize best practices in adult learning theory to design engaging and effective training sessions.


* Provide ongoing support and mentorship to clinical staff to facilitate professional growth and development


* Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.


* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure the relevance and currency of educational content.

Qualifications:


* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.


* Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required ( Active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if using multi-state licensure required )


* Minimum of five years nursing experience required.


* Clinical education and/or precepting experience strongly preferred.


* Experience in leading quality and safety initiatives.


* Current Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.


* Experience with Epic preferred.


* Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.

Pay Range:
$83,795.00 - $125,692.00
