Manager, Product Management

The Manager, Product Management at Cable One will support the Director of Product Management in executing the High-Speed Data (HSD) product strategy.

This role involves overseeing day-to-day product management, ensuring performance, quality and customer satisfaction, and managing the product lifecycle.

The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, develop product requirements, and monitor product performance to drive continuous improvement and successful product launches.

How Will You Help the Company Succeed?



* Oversee the day-to-day management of our existing product portfolio and drive continuous improvement to the product ecosystem.



* Develop initial strategies and business cases for new product initiatives, helping prioritize the company's roadmap.



* Lead customer research and competitive market analysis, turning insights into actionable plans to enhance product offerings.



* Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to support go-to-market strategy development, using strong analytical capabilities.



* Collaborate with internal teams to craft customer value propositions that align with our technology and business strengths.



* Evaluate technical and operational feasibility, contributing to business requirements for key stakeholders and partners.



* Track product performance and lead adjustments to ensure both customer satisfaction and business objectives are met.



* Act as a subject matter expert and build partnerships across departments including Technology, Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, and others.



* Regularly exercise sound judgment and decision-making in high-stakes scenarios.



* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements



* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.



* 5 - 7 years of related experience in product management, technology, or a similar field.



* Proactive, self-starter with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.



* Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.



* Customer-obsessed, with prior experience advocating for and creating customer value.



* Quick learner who is comfortable with emerging technologies and strategies.



* Fluent in MS Office, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote.

This is a remote/hybrid role with up to 50% travel.
