ConnectWealth, Unified Managed Account (UMA) Program Manager, Executive Director
As Executive Director of the ConnectWealth UMA Program, you will provide strategic leadership for one of the industry's most significant transformations, managing a team of professionals while orchestrating change across 100+ systems and 7 Product Areas.
This executive position offers an opportunity to shape the future of wealth management technology while driving initiatives that impact thousands of advisors and their clients.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
* Drive program strategy and execution, including change management and innovation.
* Build and mentor high-performing teams while managing governance and risk.
Stakeholder Management
* Collaborate with executive leadership and steering committees to align business and technology.
* Manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence strategic decisions.
Delivery & Risk Excellence
* Oversee program delivery and ensure quality and compliance across integrated systems.
* Lead risk management, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Executive Experience
* Over 15 years in large scale program management with a focus on enterprise transformations and wealth management.
* Proven leadership in developing senior teams and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
Leadership Competencies
* Strong strategic vision, execution capability, and executive communication skills.
* Excellence in people leadership, mentoring, and managing complex organizational dynamics.
Technical Skills
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with preferred experience in Python and JIRA.
