An ideal Social Services Director candidates will have the following:


* A license to work as a Social Worker in South Carolina (required)


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or similar facility is strongly preferred


* An understanding of healthcare laws and regulations


* Experience using PCC is helpful


* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills


* Excellent customer service skills

Your day to day:
As the Social Services Director, you will play a crucial role in assisting residents and their families with care planning and goal-setting by:


* Evaluating social, emotional, and physical needs


* Assisting with healthcare planning


* Obtaining community resources


* Counseling residents and family members
