Technical Consultant Associate (Co-op), Professional Services

Key Duties and Responsibilities


* Assist in the development of tools to support implementation and reduce timelines.


* Help document and maintain technical configuration documentation.


* Participate in collaborative efforts with application consultants and business analysts.


* Support the troubleshooting of configuration issues and aid in developing solutions.


* Assist in testing and validating software configurations to ensure they meet requirements.


* Update and maintain the knowledge base of software updates and configurations.


* Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions.


* Assist in developing best practices and standardized procedures for configurations.
