We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Head of Sales – East Area, US.

This role is responsible for managing and driving the performance of the Field Sales channel in the East Area.

You will develop plans and targets for the based on country targets, apply local sales incentive schemes, ensure achievement of the country's sales index, and improve sales performance through effective processes and performance measurement.

Additionally, you will manage a portfolio of medium-sized business customers and act as a coach for the field sales team. This position can be based in any of our stations in the East Area, US.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:



* Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.


* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.


* Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Team Management & Leadership:



* Drive the implementation of effective sales tools and processes in the country


* Drive performance improvement of the country's BC segment by supporting target achievement for country-field sales.


* Recruit, train, and mentor a team of field sales representatives within the Area.


* Set performance expectations, provide coaching and guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.


* Foster a high-performance culture, motivate the team, and drive individual and team sales results.

Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:



* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers within the Area.


* Lead the team in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.


* Coach our sales executive on how to target, hunt, qualify, and develop their own portfolio of customers


* Invest in critical relationships between medium-sized business customers and the rest of the DGF organization.

Collaboration and Communication:



* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.


* Communicate sales targets, strategies, and performance updates to the field sales team and other stakeholders.
