This position reports to Head of Modern Trade and is based at Bangkok Thailand .

What you will do

The Group Customer Development Manager- SPHP is responsible for

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer development strategies to drive revenue growth in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

• Lead and manage a team of customer development professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities and trends.

• Analyze market data and customer insights to inform decision-making and drive innovation.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term success.

• Continuously evaluate and improve customer development processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

• Act as a liaison between regional sales and the marketing function.

• Coach sales staff on key competencies.

• Assign sales territories and quotas to staff, in alignment with the Duties.

• Monitor results and adjust coverage as necessary.

• Provide input into sales forecast.

• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and reports.

• Implement cost controls when necessary.

• Communicate marketplace trends and changes taking place and make recommendations about future courses of action necessary.

• Review market analyses to determine customer needs and volume potential.

• Establish performance improvement plans when necessary.

• Adjust sales plans as appropriate to achieve goals.

• Manage daily activities that aggregates consumer needs, consumer insights, existing or new technologies, and business opportunity to validate new products for consumers.
