What You Will Do

The Global Process Analyst - Procurement (GPA) is responsible for analyzing existing processes (researching, interviewing, workshopping, documenting), adapting and/or generating new processes (process improvement, new system rollout, scenario adaptation), and maintaining process coherency (identifying and resolving duplication and/or divergence, making sure "the pieces of the puzzle fit together").

The GPA will both work independently (own and deliver projects) and support the wider Procurement Process Team on bigger scope projects.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management

o Understand the needs and requirements of functional and regional stakeholders and ensure the process aligns with their expectations.

• Process Design & Documentation

o Design and define the specific steps and activities involved in the process, including documentation of the process flow, inputs, outputs, and user roles & responsibilities;

o Collaborate with Process Teams in other functions to ensure integration and alignment of inter-dependent processes.

• Change Management, Training and Communication

o Support go live activities related to system transitions;

o Ensure that process users are aware of and understand their roles within the process;

o Organize and/or support training sessions;

o Address any questions or concerns from stakeholders and process users.

• Performance, Compliance & Governance

o Monitor the performance (effectiveness and efficiency) of the process by using KPIs, and implement corrective actions as appropriate;

o Implement process automatization and digitalization, with the support of DTO and IT functions;
