Role reports to: Head of Growth & Emerging Markets

Location: Dubai, UAE

Travel %: 30%

What you will do

The Commercial Lead-Emerging Markets is responsible for leading commercial operations to achieve short & long term financials objectives within the assigned geography as part of Growth & Emerging Markets cluster (West Africa, North Africa, Egypt, LEVANT & PIA)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and profitability targets with a robust demand generation aligned to the inventory goals and contractual agreements

• Build a solid business plan aligned to portfolio & brand strategies by country, brand, category and channel.

• Ensuring Kenvue brand portfolio has the optimal coverage, pricing and distribution strategy within assigned markets.

• Ensure that the in-store standards and must stock list are clearly articulated and executed by the distributors

• Ensuring that any operational efficiencies through costs to serve, trade investments & forecast accuracy.

• Ensuring that all commercial operations are inline with compliance, legal & regulatory guidelines.

• Lead the negotiation of annual business plans with distributors including and not limited to annual sales targets, trade terms & execution KPIs.

• Lead distributors execution plans to drive sell-in and sell-out and achieve annual business plans.

• Assessing and validating new business opportunities in the region

• Connecting with internal business stakeholders to ensure best in-class internal operation (finance, logistics, legal, regulatory, and marketing)

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Post-graduate education or equivalent experience in Finance/Economics is desirable.

• Years of Experience: 7 years of commercial roles including customer and/or trade marketing roles with at least 3 years of management experience.
