Role reports to: Associate Director, Advanced Analytics

Location: Kenvue ' s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel: 10%

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $110,000 to $192,050 .

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

The Senior Data Scientist will be a part of the North America Data Science team in the Consumer Business Intelligence department.

This is a hands-on role responsible for building and adapting transformational ML and AI algorithms to enable outstanding omnichannel communications for Health Care Professionals (HCPs), as well as exploring various national and retail media optimization opportunities.

You will have a direct impact on ROI for HCP investments in North America and globally by enabling robust data-driven marketing and relevant communications.

You will also join an exciting journey to integrate large language models (LLMs) into marketing applications.

This role requires strong collaborative partnerships with multiple functions, including Technology, Consumer & Business Insights, Brand Managers, and various suppliers.

You will also collaborate with Data Scientists in other markets and an offshore ML operations team.
