The MedTech Supply Chain Competitive Intelligence Leader will play a pivotal role in driving Johnson & Johnson's competitive edge within the MedTech supply chain landscape.

By leading initiatives to assess and benchmark supply chain performance against industry standards and best practices, this role will provide the data-driven insights needed to propel organizational excellence and innovation.

In this role, you will collaborate across Business Units (BUs) and regions, guiding strategic planning and decision-making to align supply chain operations with MedTech's broader objectives.

Your expertise in supply chain management and competitive intelligence will help uncover strengths and identify opportunities for improvement, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous innovation.

While there is a strong preference for the candidate to be located in New Jersey, we are open to considering talent from other MedTech locations

Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee the collection, benchmarking, and analysis of MedTech supply chain performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.


* Deliver customized competitive intelligence briefings tailored to the needs of BUs and regional teams.


* Leverage benchmarking data and performance insights to guide strategic decision-making and align initiatives with MedTech's objectives.


* Translate complex data sets into actionable insights to drive informed decisions across the organization.


* Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to implement strategies that enhance supply chain performance.


* Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive benchmarks.



* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.


* Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Operations/Supply Chain, Business and Strategic Planning with a proven track record of success.


* Strong understanding of data analysis, statistical methods, and metrics related to operational performance.


* Technical expertise across supply chain functions, demonstrating the ability to see linkages from demand planning through delivery.
