Senior TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER - EMEA RPI

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Contract: full time, permanent

As a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner, and a member of the EMEA Recruitment Process In-Sourcing team part of TA Shared Capabilities, you will be responsible for running the recruiting process across sectors and business functions in EMEA.

You will be acting as an internal strategic TA Partner supporting transformation and commodity based hiring in supply chain, workforce university, CW conversions, etc.

This role runs the recruitment needs of the business, including direct sourcing, engaging and establishing consultative working relationships with Hiring Managers, as well as participating in cross-regional hiring projects.

High priority in this role is to provide the business with effective, timely and up to date recruitment strategies that meet the needs of the business and attract the best talent pipeline possible.

You will be supporting all aspects of the Recruitment process including, ownership of roles from opening to offer.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

Responsibilities:

• Handles volume recruitment roles supported by Global Services hubs

• Lead the execution of recruitment initiatives to acquire top talents across different subject areas

• Meet strategic hiring goals in the assigned business/geography

• Advocates for outstanding candidate experience to ensure the attraction and acquisition of high-caliber talents for J&J

• Demonstrates an agile approach to recruiting by adopting new technologies striven to build and implement talent attraction strategies for volume-based roles for the organization

• Collaborates and influences the hiring team to improve J&J's behavioral and competency-based interview methodology and coach Hiring Managers or Teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques

• Be considered as Champion of outstanding candidate experience from sourcing up until onboarding

• Crafts competitive offer package recommendations to line managers

• Ensures data integrity through accurate and timely providing all candidate information in the recruitment technology

• Gains market knowledge within the assigned business area, manages talent data and translates it into talent story with external elements like market data and insights We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
