Distinguished Global Enterprise Architect - Strategy and Practice
As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing the company's Enterprise Architecture strategy and practice that supports business growth, innovation, and efficiency across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, excellent leadership capabilities, ability to drive transformational change in a complex environment, and a proven track record of analyzing, designing, implementing, and governing strategic architecture of large enterprises.
This role requires collaboration with business leaders and technology teams to align digital initiatives with business goals, ensuring that our technology architecture supports the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and implement an enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives and supports growth and innovation.
* Lead the development and evolution of enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization.
* Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to IT teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of architectural excellence and continuous improvement.
Mature Enterprise Architecture Practice:
* Assess the current state of the enterprise architecture practice and identify opportunities for improvement and maturity.
* Develop and implement a roadmap to evolve the enterprise architecture practice, incorporating industry best practices and innovative approaches.
* Ensure enterprise architecture-related documentation and artifacts are well organized and easy to find in the predefined repository.
* Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and maturity of the enterprise architecture practice, driving continuous improvement efforts.
* Continuously assess and refine the EA practice, methodologies, and processes.
* Ensure the enterprise architecture teams are equipped with the necessary skills and tools to meet organizational needs.
Evolve Ways of Working:
* Lead initiatives to improve the ways of working within the Enterprise Architecture team, promoting agility, collaboration, and innovation.
* Lead the implementation of new tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in architectural design and decision-making.
* Foster a culture of learning and adaptability within the team, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new technologies and practices.
* Foster a culture of innovation and encourage the exploration of new architectural approaches and solutions.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and ensure the enterprise architecture remains modern and future-proof.
