Sales Excellence Business Partner

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

A Schneider Electric Sales Excellence Business Partner is a professional who supports the sales organization in achieving its goals by providing expertise, guidance, and support in areas such as process optimization, commercial coverage, sales and market insights, training and development, and analytics.

This particular Sales Excellence business partner will be aligned to the enterprise end-user sales team within the strategic accounts organization, supporting strategic account executives, segment leadership and sales teams.

What will you do?


* Collaborate with sales leaders to understand their business needs and provide recommendations for improvement


* Develop annual sales organization specific operational plans


* Coordination of the CORE (commercial operations readiness execution) process


* Work with sales teams to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies


* Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategy


* Provide proactive prescriptive surveillance of the business, including monitoring of strategic priorities


* Lead resource planning, segmentation and coverage activities


* Support sales teams in the use of technology and tools to improve their productivity and effectiveness


* Partner with other departments such as marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure that sales teams have the resources and support they need to succeed


* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration
