PM shift, 4/2 rotation, 8 hr shifts

Starting pay: $21+

Responsibilities:


* Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.


* Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure residents' needs are met.


* Document resident care accurately and timely.


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.


* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications:


* Active CNA certification in CA.


* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.


* Strong communication and teamwork skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
