Wealth Management Enablement and Activation Leader

At Edward Jones we are evolving toward offering more comprehensive advice and planning to our ideal and prospective ideal clients.  With this move we are expanding our advice and planning offerings.  The leader of the adoption team will guide stakeholders along this transformation from current state to full financial planning.  This involves developing the strategy and tactics required to bring stakeholders along this growth journey as we expand our wealth management tools and resources to enable our field to provide an enhanced and expanded client experience (including, but not limited to financial planning, products and solutions, fee-based programs, banking solutions, insurance, Conquest, etc.).

The Wealth Management Enablement and Activation leader will proactively lead the firms transformation to Wealth Management and Financial Planning.  They will co-create strategy and development of face to face, virtual, online and other modes of adoption for branch teams and Home Office teams and associates on the what and how of financial planning and wealth management (inclusive of all Advice, Planning, Products and Solutions, including CAP, Banking Solutions, Protection, Conquest, Salesforce, Voice of the client and other firm priorities).  They will lead a team that participates, supports and leads as subject matter expert on all existing and developing financial planning tools and resources.  This team will be the primary capability driving adoption and enablement of wealth management for home office and field to grow client impact. 
 


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Concentrations in business, accounting, finance or management are preferred, but other concentrations will be considered.


* CFP required


* LLQP required


* 6 or more years of significant industry experience; leadership experience preferred


* Technical knowledge of tools and capabilities (Conquest, CAP, etc)


* Industry knowledge including financial planning and wealth management acumen


* Broad knowledge of behavioral finance


* Ability to navigate working across teams and functions


* Must have strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making and collaboration skills.


* Must be able to provide guidance and direction and demonstrate an ability to influence key decisions.


* Ability to interpret and convey complex issues and solutions in a persuasive and informative manner.
