The Role: Senior Payroll Specialist

What will you do?


* Responsible for the full spectrum of in-house payroll administration, ensuring payroll result accuracy and timeliness, and audit risk free



* You will be part of the regional payroll team that administrates payroll for more than 10 countries, reporting to the Regional Leader, Payroll & Data Management



* Process in-house payroll using a payroll system for Australia and Singapore.



* Review payroll advice, perform and validate payroll calculations and reconciliations in compliance with the payroll calendar, company policies and income tax & statutory regulations



* Meet service expectations on payroll accuracy and timeliness and achieve successful audits



* Prepare and submit Payroll Reports, Statutory Reports, and Income Tax Reports



* Create/Maintain payroll documentation (Work process, pay advice, approval documents etc.)



* Maintain data updates in HR information systems



* Participate in projects to drive work simplification, digitization, and automation


* Manage stakeholders and employees; query handling, communication, and training

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Bachelor's Degree in Business/ HR/ Mathematics/ Accounting



* 5 - 7 years of payroll experience preferred



* An appetite for challenges and driving changes



* Independent, meticulous, time-conscious and organized



* Able to work in a team
