MDS Coordinator RN

Atlas Post Acute is hiring an an experienced MDS Coordinator - RN!

What to expect:


* Coordinate and perform the accurate and timely completion of Minimum Data Sets (MDS's) as required by regulation and facility practices


* Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames.


* Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed.


* Files the MDS documents in residents' charts.


* Maintains confidentiality of all patient care information.

Requirements:


* Current RN License


* Experience as a MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility utilizing 3.0
