Product Manager, Vice President

As the product expert, you will be hands-on developing product learning solutions and leading learning initiatives, in addition to analyzing metrics, and collaborating across various product organizations in the firm.

You will identify, recommend, and develop digital learning products and solutions that can include high-quality videos, graphics, and microsites.

As a Product Manager in Learn, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

Job responsibilities



* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Partners with the Product Director to create engaging and impactful learning content on Software Engineering and Cloud, tools, and processes.


* Uses data-driven insights to optimize for the product experience and workflows


* Partners with leadership to create a culture where all team members can share diverse perspectives and thrive to produce quality results


* Provides recommendations to enhance internal processes to support content inventory, design practices, project execution, and other needs


* Coaching and reviewing Digital Learning Developers' work, providing guidance on instructional design, tools, and ways to increase learning outcomes and impact


* Provides consultative support and thought leadership on ideas to best meet learning needs and outcomes in an effective way
