Your Next Career Opportunity – Senior Systems Configuration Management Analyst

The System Configuration Management Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing configurations to support an advanced network management solution for the international department.

Responsible for understanding the system and its components and maintaining control over the system.

Will work with the business and IT to make changes to optimize the system.

The position requires experience working with computers and software, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities


* Configure and manage computer systems and software to ensure they meet organizational requirements.


* Managing configurations and ensuring that all changes to the production environment are tracked and controlled.


* Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes.


* Documenting and managing any software changes that occur outside of the controlled processes.


* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.


* Identify areas for improvement in system configurations and implement solutions.


* Work with system administrators, IT staff, and other stakeholders to ensure systems are properly configured and maintained.


* Ensure systems comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements


* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field of study.
+ 5+ years of proven experience in system configuration or a related role.


* Proficiency in configuration management tools and software, as well as a strong understanding of IT systems and networks.
