Position Overview:
As a Speech Therapist at Lakeport Post Acute, you will play a vital role in helping our residents improve their speech, language, and swallowing functions.

You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapy techniques to address a variety of communication and swallowing disorders.

Collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to the overall well-being and quality of life of our residents.

Qualifications:


* Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of California


* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology


* ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred


* Experience working with geriatric populations is desirable but not required


* Strong clinical and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
