Position Purpose: LPNs assist in providing excellent patient care by assists physicians/physician assistants/nurse practitioners in medical office setting.

Performs a variety of patient care duties within the construct of a multidisciplinary patient care team as delegated by physician. 

Hours/Shift: Full-Time/Days M-F 8:00a-4:30p

Key Responsibilities:


* Works under the direction of the provider and the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act to provide professional nursing care for clinic patients in compliance with nursing standards and regulations


* Triage patients by phone or in person, receiving and implementing telephone physician orders, maintaining clinical communication in a dynamic environment


* Assists providers and staff in coordinating patient care for both clinic and procedures


* Performs CLIA waived lab tests and obtains specimens


* Performs proficiency testing and runs controls for waived tests
