Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide nursing care and support to elderly residents in a skilled nursing facility


* Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor residents' health status and adjust care plans as needed


* Ensure accurate documentation of nursing interventions and resident progress

Qualifications:


* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state


* Skilled nursing experience required


* Strong critical thinking and clinical skills


* Ability to work independently and in a team setting
