The Opportunity


* Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.


* Current IL state license is a plus.


* Will split time at Holy Cross Hospital, about seven miles away.


* Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.


* Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply.

* Level I Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center and STEMI Receiving Center.


* 23 ED beds plus 7 fast track.


* Annual ED volume of 38,000 with 18% admit rate.


* EPIC EMR with Dragon dictation.


* Safety net hospital that sees a lot of inner-city medicine.


* Offers care to communities on the West and Southwest sides of Chicago.
