The Opportunity


* Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.


* New grads may be considered.


* Scope of practice, Main ED and fast track.


* Current national certification is required.


* Current CA state license is a plus.


* Providers will be cross credentialed at both Saint Francis and Saint Mary's.

The Practice

* A fully accredited teaching hospital with a 22-bed Emergency Department that sees 18,800 annual ED patient visits.


* The ED's collaboration with Cardiology has allowed St.

Mary's to be designated as a certified primary stroke center since 2009.


* Adjacent to Richmond, Golden Gate Park, and Haight/Ashbury districts in San Francisco, the ED cares for a diverse patient population in an urban setting.
